摘要

低氧预适应(HypoxicPreconditioning,HPC)和远端缺血预适应(RemoteIschemicPreconditioning,RIPC)作为新兴的治疗策略,在中枢神经系统(CentralNervousSystem,CNS)中展现出显著的神经保护潜力。缺血/低氧预适应(Ischemic/HypoxicPreconditioning,I/HPC)和RIPC的神经保护机制包括抗神经炎症、抗氧化压力、减少兴奋毒性、抗细胞凋亡、激活缺氧信号通路、保护血脑屏障功能、调节钙离子平衡和增强突触可塑性等。I/HPC和RIPC在脊髓损伤、多发性硬化症、脑血管疾病和神经退行性疾病等CNS疾病中具有很大的治疗潜力。尽管I/HPC和RIPC具有易获得性和非侵入性特点,但其复杂的作用机制和临床应用的局限性仍需深入研究。未来的研究方向应聚焦于克服现有障碍,从而推动I/HPC和RIPC在临床中的早日应用,以实现更好的治疗效果。
