摘要

乳腺癌已超过肺癌成为全球女性最常见的癌症类型,血脑屏障限制治疗方案的有效实施,导致乳腺癌脑转移患者预后差、治疗难度大,寻找新的防治手段提升乳腺癌脑转移患者的生存质量成为当前的迫切需求。该文阐述外泌体作为细胞间交流的重要媒介,能够通过特定的方式与脑微血管内皮细胞发挥交互作用,从而破坏血脑屏障的完整性。外泌体还通过营造炎症微环境,促进乳腺癌脑转移。通过阻断外泌体的产生或抑制其活性,有望为乳腺癌脑转移提供新的防治策略。聚糖修饰技术也为阻断血脑屏障与外泌体的融合提供了潜在方法,期待通过深入理解乳腺癌源外泌体破坏血脑屏障的作用机制,开发出有效疗法,以改善患者的生活质量。
