目的: 探讨整体护理与预见性护理服务在创伤性骨科治疗中的应用效果。方法: 选取2014年12月至2016年12月收治的166例创伤性骨科治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组采用整体护理方法,观察组采用预见性护理方法,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及护理满意度。结果: 观察组患者治疗效果的优良率为97.50 %(78/80),高于对照组的86.25 %(69/80)(χ²=7.895,P=0.005);观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.00 %(4/80),高于对照组的13.75 %(11/80)(χ²=4.711,P=0.030);观察组患者护理满意度为87.50 %(70/80),高于对照组的73.75 %(59/80)(χ²=5.538,P=0.019)。结论: 在创伤性骨科治疗中采取预见性护理服务,能够提高疗效,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore the application effect of holistic nursing and foreseeable nursing in the treatment of traumatic orthopedics.Methods: The control group was treated with holistic nursing, while the observation group was treated with foreseeable nursing. The therapeutic effect, occurrence rate of adverse reaction and satisfaction of nursing were compared in the two groups.Results: The excellence rate of therapeutic effect in the observation group was 97.50 % (78/80), which was higher than that in the control group (86.25 %, 69/80)(χ²=7.895,P=0.005). The occurrence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 5.00 % (4/80), which was higher than that in the control group (13.75 %, 11/80)(χ²=4.711,P=0.030). The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group (87.50 %) was higher than that in the control group (73.75 %)(χ²=5.538,P=0.019).Conclusion: The foreseeable nursing services in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic treatment can promote the therapeutic effects, reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction and increase the nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
