目的: 研究早期不同营养护理模式对于脑外伤昏迷患者营养指标以及免疫功能的效果。方法: 选择2015年9月至2016年10月间收治的脑外伤昏迷患者40例为研究对象,随机分成对照组(早期肠外营养支持护理)和观察组(早期肠内营养支持护理),各20例,对比两组患者的营养指标和免疫功能指标。结果: 观察组患者营养支持7 d时的血浆白蛋白、血浆前白蛋白、血红蛋白值高于对照组(P<0.05);在营养支持前,两组患者的免疫功能指标值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在营养支持7 d时,观察组患者的IgG、IgA、CD+4/CD+8值高于对照组(P<0.05),CD+4值两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 早期肠内营养支持护理用于脑外伤昏迷患者中有助于促进患者营养状态和免疫功能的改善,利于改善预后,值得推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of early nutritional nursing models on the nutritional index and immune function of coma patients with brain injury.Methods: 40 cases of coma patients with traumatic brain injury from September 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (early parenteral nutrition support nursing) and observation group (early enteral nutrition support nursing), 20 cases in each group. The nutritional and immune function indexes were compared in the two groups.Results: The serum albumin, prealbumin , and hemoglobin values on the 7d after nutritional support in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05); Before the nutritional support, there were no statistic difference of immune function in the two groups (P>0.05). On the 7d after nutritional support, the values of IgG, IgA and CD+4 /CD+8 were higher than those in control group (P<0.05); there was no statistic difference of CD+4 in the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition support nursing can improve the nutritional status and immune function of coma patients after traumatic brain injury, which is worthy of promotion.
