目的:了解北京市东城区儿童家长对子女新冠疫苗接种意愿影响因素,为提高儿童新冠疫苗接种率提供依据。方法:自行设计的问卷,采用分层抽样与整群抽样方法抽取北京市东城区980名儿童家长,通过问卷星进行线上调查,比较不同特征家长对子女新冠疫苗接种意愿的差异,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析家长为子女接种新冠疫苗意愿的影响因素。结果:本次调查有效应答923人,有效应答率94.18 %(923/980)。89.92 %的家长愿意为其子女接种新冠疫苗。多因素Logistic回归分析显示户籍为外省、文化程度为大专及以下、无基础病、本人未接种新冠疫苗、女孩、健康状况一般的儿童、过去1年没有接种疫苗儿童的家长更不愿意为子女接种新冠疫苗(P值均<0.05)。结论:北京市东城区儿童家长对子女接种新冠疫苗的接种意愿较高,应加强权威专家、官方媒体的宣传力度,有针对性地对儿童家长开展宣传教育,提高儿童新冠疫苗接种率。
Objective: To understand the parents’willingness and the influencing factors to COVID-19 vaccines to vaccinate their children in Dongcheng district of Beijing so as to provide theoretical references and suggestions for the higher vaccination coverage rate. Methods: Stratified sampling mothod and cluster sampling mothod were used to select 980 parents in Dongcheng district of Beijing and were surveyed online of wenjuanxing by using a self-designed questionnaire.The survey was conducted to compare the willingness of COVID -19 vaccines by the parents’different charactors.Multivariate Logistic regression moldel was used to analyze influencing factors of COVID -19 vaccines among parents to vaccinate their children. Results: A total of 923 valid qusetionnairs were returned, with an response rate of 94.18 %(923/980).About 89.92 % of parents were willing to vaccinate their children. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis is showed non-local parents,junior lollege or below degree,parents in good health,no COVID-19 vaccination history, girls, the general health status of children,no vaccination history of children in the past one year (P＜0.05) were factors that affected parents’unwillingness of vaccines for their children. Conclusion: Parents have a highly willingness of the COVID-19 vaccines to vaccinate?their children in Dongcheng district of Beijing, but there is still to strengthen the authoritative experts and the official media to propagandize the knowledges on COVID-19 vaccines to improve children’s vaccination coverage rates.
