前臂内侧皮神经的超声表现及定量测量*

摘要

目的:探讨正常成人前臂内侧皮神经(MACN)的超声表现及定量测量。方法:用高频超声(HRUS)观察35例正常成人MACN形态,测量其主干、前支、后支的截面积(CSA)、杨氏模量(E)和剪切波速度(SWV)。分析性别、左右侧、年龄、身高、体重及体质量指数(BMI)与所测指标的相关性。结果:主干显示率92.86 %,前支、后支显示率100 %。主干、前支、后支的CSA分别为(6.15±1.29) mm2、(3.21±1.08)mm2、(2.61±0.99) mm2;E值分别为(28.34±9.58)kPa、(27.43±11.21) kPa、(27.42±7.00) kPa; SWV分别为(2.97±0.53)m/s、(2.92±0.59)m/s、(2.89±0.41)m/s。年龄与主干、前支各指标正相关;BMI与右主干、前支CSA、左后支E值、SWV正相关。左后支E值及SWV明显高于右侧。性别、身高、体重与各测量结果无相关。结论:HRUS可清楚显示并定量测量MACN,评估其病生理改变。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the ultrasonic manifestations and quantitative measurement of medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve (MACN) in normal adults. Methods: High-frequency ultrasound (HRUS) was used to observe the morphology of MACN in 35 normal adults. The cross-sectional area (CSA), Young's modulus (E) and shear wave velocity (SWV) of the main, anterior and posterior branches were measured. The correlation between gender, left and right sides, age, height, weight, body mass index (BMI) and the measured indexes was analyzed. Results: The display rate of the main trunk was 92.86 %, and the display rate of the anterior and posterior branches was 100 %. The CSA of main trunk, anterior branch and posterior branch were (6.15±1.29) mm2, (3.21±1.08)mm2 and (2.61±0.99) mm2, respectively; the E values were (28.34±9.58)kPa, (27.43±11.21)kPa and (27.42±7.00)kPa, respectively; SWV was (2.97±0.53) m/s, (2.92±0.59) m/s and (2.89±0.41)m/s, respectively. The age was positively correlated with the indexes of main trunk and anterior branch; BMI was positively correlated with right main trunk, anterior branch CSA, left posterior branch E value and SWV; the E value and SWV of the left posterior branch were significantly higher than those of the right; gender, height and weight were not correlated with the measurement results. Conclusion: HRUS can clearly show and quantitatively measure MACN and evaluate its pathophysiological changes.
