目的:探讨血小板活化因子(PAF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原724(CA-724)在结直肠癌(CRC)患者血清中的表达情况,及PAF与CEA、CA-724的相关性,为后续CRC患者的诊断提供参考依据。 方法:收集2019年12月-2021年10月于包头医学院第一附属医院就诊的CRC患者75例,同时期本院体检的健康志愿者75例为对照组。采用ELISA法分别检测CRC患者术前、术后1月及对照组的晨空腹外周静脉血PAF含量;回顾性分析上述两组患者术前血清CEA、CA-724含量并进行统计学分析。 结果:CRC组术前血清PAF、CEA、CA-724含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不同分期的CRC患者PAF含量均高于对照组,其中Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期含量显著升高,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期含量较Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期有所下降,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期与对照组、Ⅳ期之间均有显著差异(P<0.05);CEA、CA-724含量分别随TNM分期的增加而逐渐升高,除Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期外,其余各组两两之间均有显著差异(P<0.05);PAF与CEA、CA-724之间呈负相关(P<0.05);CRC组术后1月PAF水平显著低于术前(P<0.05)。 结论:血清PAF在CRC中呈高表达,手术可使其含量降低,且与CEA、CA-724呈负相关,PAF有望成为CRC早期筛查的重要参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of serum platelet activating factor (PAF), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA-724) in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC), and the correlation between PAF and CEA and CA-724, so as to provide reference for the subsequent diagnosis of CRC patients. Methods: A total of 75 CRC patients who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from December 2019 to October 2021 were collected, and 75 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. ELISA method was used to detect the PAF levels in the morning fasting peripheral venous blood of CRC patients before surgery, 1 month after surgery, and the control group. The preoperative serum levels of CEA and CA-724 in the above two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed, and statistical analysis was performed. Results: The levels of serum PAF, CEA and CA-724 in CRC group before operation were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The PAF content of CRC patients at different stages was higher than that of the control group, in which the content of stage I and stage Ⅱ was significantly increased, and the content of stage Ⅲ and stage IV was decreased compared with that of stage I and stage Ⅱ; there were significant differences between stage I, stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ and the control group and stage Ⅳ (P<0.05). The contents of CEA and CA-724 gradually increased with the increase of TNM stage, and there were significant differences between each group except I and Ⅱ (P<0.05 ). PAF was negatively correlated with CEA and CA-724 (P<0.05). The PAF level in CRC group at 1 month after operation was significantly lower than that before operation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum PAF is highly expressed in CRC, and surgery can reduce its content, which is negatively correlated with CEA and CA-724. PAF is expected to become an important reference index for early CRC screening.
