目的: 了解老年高血压合并冠心病患者对基层卫生服务资源的利用情况及影响因素,为提高其卫生服务利用率提供参考依据。方法: 选取2016年3月至2016年9月,皖北、皖中、皖南地区乡镇、村1 050名高血压合并冠心病患者,采用自行设计并经信度效度检验的问卷进行调查。结果: 通过有序Logistic回归分析发现,老年高血压合并冠心病患者基层卫生服务利用率的影响因素主要有:年龄、婚姻状况、教育程度、医疗背景、养老方式、与乡镇卫生院距离、与县卫生院距离。结论: 提升卫生服务质量、开展个性化老年照护服务、提供及时准确的病情监测和健康教育是提高患者基层生服务利用率的关键。
Objective: To explore the utilization of basic health service and its influencing factors in patients with hypertension plus coronary heart disease, and to provide the reference basis for improving the utilization rate of health service.Methods: 1050 patients with hypertension plus coronary heart disease from March 2016 to December 2016 were selected from the villages and towns of AnHui province. The investigation was performed with self-designed questionnaire.Results: The Logistic regression analysis showed that age, marital status, education level, medical background, pension mode, and the distance to health center were main influencing factors of basic health service utilization in patients with hypertension plus coronary heart disease.Conclusion: It is suggested to improve the quality of health services, carry out personalized care services for the elderly and provide timely and accurate disease surveillance and health education to promote the utilization of basic health service for residents.
