目的: 探讨灯盏花素联合能量合剂在突发性耳聋治疗中的应用效果和安全性。方法: 选取2013年1月至2016年12月收治的突发性耳聋患者214例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组107例,观察组患者给予灯盏花素联合甲钴胺能量合剂进行治疗,对照组患者单独给予能量合剂进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果: 观察组患者听力恢复总有效率为95.33 %,高于对照组的74.77 %(χ²=9.335,P=0.010),耳鸣改善总有效率为94.52 %,高于对照组的86.84 %(χ²=3.546,P=0.042),眩晕改善总有效率为95.59 %,高于对照组的84.85 %(χ²=3.587,P=0.041)。结论: 在传统甲钴胺能量合剂使用的基础上加用灯盏花素治疗突发性耳聋,能够有效恢复患者听力,改善耳鸣、眩晕等临床症状,可推广使用。

Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of breviscapine combined with energy mixture in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods: 214 patients with sudden deafness hospitalized from January 2013 to December 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 107 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with breviscapine combined with mecobalamine energy mixture, while the control group was treated only with energy mixture, with the clinical effect and safety observed.Results: The total effective rate was 95.33 % in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.77%)(χ²=9.335,P=0.010. The total effective rate of tinnitus improvement was 94.52%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.84%)(χ²=3.546,P=0.042). The total effective rate if dizziness improvement in the observation group was 95.59%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.85%)(χ²=3.587,P=0.041).Conclusion: Breviscapine combined with mecobalamine energy mixture in the treatment of sudden deafness can effectively restore the hearing of patients, improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo and tinnitus, worthy of promotion.
