目的: 探讨采用分段潜行外剥内扎和选择性断桥缝合术对环状混合痔的治疗效果。方法: 选取近1年收治的环状混合痔患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组(50例)采用分段潜行外剥内扎加选择性断桥缝合术治疗,对照组(50例)采用外剥内扎治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果: 观察组患者与对照组患者总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.83,P＞0.05),观察组患者在手术后切口疼痛程度、并发症发生率、住院时间以及伤口愈合时间都低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论: 治疗环状混合痔采用分段潜行外剥内扎加选择性断桥缝合术,能达到同样治疗效果前提下,可缩短住院时间、促进恢复、减少术后疼痛。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of segmented sneak Milligan-Morgan operation and selective interrupted suture in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: A total of 100 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by segmented sneak Milligan-Morgan operation and selective interrupted suture while the control group was treated by Milligan Morgan operation alone. The clinical efficacy was compared.Results: The degree of incision pain, complications incidence, hospitalization and wound healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids with segmented sneak Milligan-Morgan operation and selective interrupted suture can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce postoperative pain and promote recovery.
