目的: 分析2014-2016年住院患者发生的药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法: 统计2014年至2016年包医二附院住院患者中发生的药品不良反应,分别对不良反应的报告类型、患者性别、年龄、引起不良反应的药物等情况进行统计分析。结果: 不良反应报告类型中一般性的ADR占95.25 %,女性发生率为55.75 %,男性为44.25 %;50～59岁患者发生率为45.00 %;引起ADR的药物中抗微生物类药占20.75 %。结论: 通过ADR分析,发现某医院近3年以一般性ADR为主,患者中女多于男,年龄＞50岁为主,药物种类以抗微生物类药比例最高。

Objective: To analyze the basic situation of inpatients' adverse drug reactions (ADR) from 2014 to 2016 in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College and provide reference for the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods: The basic situation of inpatients' ADR from 2014 to 2016 in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College was analyzed and the report types, patients' gender and age and medicament were classified and statistically analyzed.Results: Statistical analysis showed that the general ADR reports occupied 95.25 %, the incidence in women was 55.75 %, and in men was 44.25 %; The occurrence rate of patients at the age range from 50 to 69 was 45.00 %; ADR caused by antimicrobial medication accounted for 20.75 %. Conclusions: ADR analysis shows that the most ADR in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College is general ADR within the 3 years, the occurrence in women is higher than that in men, the peak age is more than 50 years old, and the majority drug is antimicrobial medication.
