目的: 分析2型糖尿病对原发性开角型青光眼患者视野缺损、视网膜神经纤维层厚度、眼压等相关指标的影响。方法: 选择诊断为原发性开角型青光眼150例150眼为研究对象,按照是否患有2型糖尿病分为糖尿病组(87例),单纯病变组(63例),比较两组患者视野平均缺损、视野平均光敏感、视网膜神经纤维层厚度及眼压。结果: 糖尿病组患者视野平均缺损高于单纯病变组(P＜0.05),视野平均光敏感低于单纯病变组(P＜0.05);视网膜神经纤维层厚度比较,糖尿病组上方、下方象限的厚度均低于单纯组(P＜0.05),其他象限及全周厚度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);糖尿病组眼压高于单纯病变组(P＜0.05)。结论: 2型糖尿病可加大原发性开角型青光眼患者视野缺损面积,提高眼压,降低视网膜神经纤维层厚度,促进病情进展,临床应予以重视。

Objective: To analyze the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus on visual field defect, retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and intraocular pressure in patients with primary open angle glaucoma.Methods: A total of 150 cases of patients with primary open angle glaucoma were selected as the subjects and divided into the combined group (87 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus) and the simple lesion group (63 cases without type 2 diabetes mellitus). The mean visual field defect, mean light sensitivity, retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups.Results: The mean visual field defect in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the simple lesion group (P＜0.05) and the mean light sensitivity was lower than that in the simple lesion group (P＜0.05); In the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness, the upper and lower quadrant in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the simple lesion group (P＜0.05) and there was no significant difference of the other quadrant and total circumference (P＞0.05). The intraocular pressure in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the simple lesion group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes mellitus can increase the area of visual field defect in patients with primary open angle glaucoma, improve their intraocular pressure, decrease the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer and promote the progression of disease. Clinical attention should be paid.
