Objective: To observe the application effect of "cluster + TCM emotion" nursing mode in patients with acute stroke. Methods: 100 patients diagnosed with acute stroke from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group, receiving the nursing mode of "cluster + TCM emotion", and 100 patients who had previously received routine nursing of acute stroke in the emergency department were selected as the control group. The mini mental status examination (MMSE), activities of daily living (ADL) and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing intervention were evaluated. Results: The MMSE and ADL scores of the observation group were improved (P＜0.05), the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The nursing mode of "cluster + TCM emotion" for patients with acute stroke can improve the quality of life of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and is worth promoting.
