Objective: To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing measures on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lower limbs ASO interventional therapy.Methods: The control group was treated with routine health education nursing, while the observation group was added with continuous nursing measures on the basis of the control group.Results: The life quality scores in observation group were higher than those in control group at 3rd, 6th and 12th month after discharged (P＜0.05). The incidence of vascular restenosis and vascular stenosis in observation group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was 89.41 % (76/85), which was higher than that in control group (72.94 %, 62/85) (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The use of continuous nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with ASO can improve the patients' quality of life, reduce the incidence of vascular restenosis and vascular stenosis, and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing.
