Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hemiplegia aphasia after craniocerebral injury.Methods: 160 cases of patients with hemiplegia aphasia after craniocerebral injury who received treatment from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The effect of conventional nursing and early rehabilitation nursing were compared.Results: The effective rate was 87.5% in the observation group and 70.0 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =15.482,P=0.000). There was no adverse event after nursing intervention treatment of the two groups. The overall satisfaction rate was 88.75 % in the observation group and 73.75% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=10.739,P=0.001).Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of hemiplegia aphasia patients after craniocerebral injury can improve the recovery of language function, limb function and treatment satisfaction, and will not increase the patient's adverse reaction from nursing intervention.
