The current cause and mechanism of adult onset Still's disease (AOSD) in adults is still unknown, The main clinical manifestations are fever, arthralgia, rash, and increased white blood cells, serum ferritin and other indicators,the lack of specific diagnostic indicators for the disease, the rate of clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is high.By consulting the relevant literature , it was found that there are few reports of this disease under endoscopy.This article reports an adult case of Still's disease and its manifestations under gastroscopy, and summarizes the latest progress in AOSD-related diagnostic indicators and treatment,aiming to seek more accurate choice for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
