Abstract

Objective: To investigate the imaging comparison of different gem CT reconstruction modes in the postoperative assessment of coronary artery stent. Methods: 160 cases of patients with postoperative review of coronary artery stent (160 stents placed) were selected as the research objects, and accepted gemstone CT coronary artery imaging. High-definition (hd) reconstruction model and standard reconstruction model were adopted and their imaging qualities were assessed and compared. Results: The imaging score of hd reconstruction model (3.51±0.21) was higher than that of the standard reconstruction mode (3.12±0.16) (t=-2.451, P=0.024). Diameter of image bracket of hd reconstruction model was closer to the original data, in addition, there was statistically significant difference in the two imaging modes (t=-2.568, P=0.018).Conclusion: In the CT hd reconstruction model, the edge imaging of coronary stents is clearer, and the diameter of the artery stents is more accurate, which can be more conducive to assess postoperative situation. It is worth popularizing in clinical use.
