Objective: to analyze the association between diabetic nephropathy and serum uric acid, interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factorαRelationship between the three. Methods: the analysis subjects a total of 130 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to June 2021 were selected, and the selected cases were divided according to the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) or (24h urinary protein quantification): 49 in type 2 diabetes alone group (UAER<20 μg/min or 24 h urinary protein quantification<30 mg ), 37 in microalbuminuria group (UAER 20-200 μg/min or 24 h urinary protein quantification 30-300mg ),And 44 cases with massive proteinuria (UAER>200 μg/min or 24 h urinary protein quantification >500 mg ), another 44 healthy individuals in the same period were collected and classified as the control group.Interleukin-8 (IL-8) and TNF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in all patientsαLevels.Serum uric acid, interleukin-8, and TNF were measured in the four groups according to different grades of urinary albumin excretionαA comparative analysis was performed. Results: compared with healthy controls, patients with type 2 diabetes alone and those with microalbuminuria had increased serum uric acid levels, whereas those with macroalbuminuria had significantly higher serum uric acid levels (P<0.05).Interleukin-8 and TNF in four cohorts-αLevels were significantly higher with increasing urinary albumin volume (P<0.05).At the same time, the serum uric acid levels and the expression of inflammatory factors in the four groups of patients had a further proportional Association (P<0.01). Conclusion: there was a significant correlation between serum uric acid level and urinary albumin level in patients with type 2 diabetes. And hyperuricemia related inflammatory factors IL-8 and TNF- α It is also related to the elevation of urinary albumin. Therefore, the occurrence of type 2 diabetic nephropathy is caused by a variety of factors. Inflammation and oxidative stress play an important role.
