Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of segmented sneak Milligan-Morgan operation and selective interrupted suture in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: A total of 100 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by segmented sneak Milligan-Morgan operation and selective interrupted suture while the control group was treated by Milligan Morgan operation alone. The clinical efficacy was compared.Results: The degree of incision pain, complications incidence, hospitalization and wound healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids with segmented sneak Milligan-Morgan operation and selective interrupted suture can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce postoperative pain and promote recovery.
