Objective: To discuss the cultivation of pathogens from wound secretion and their antibiotic resistance, and to provide the basis for clinical medication and drug-resistant bacteria survey.Methods: The patients from January 2015 to December 2016 in the hospital were selected to make the cultivation of pathogens from wound secretion and the drug susceptibility test.Results: In the 321 positive strains of bacteria cultured from secretion, 151 strains were gram-positive bacteria, accounting for 47 %; Gram negative bacteria were 166 strains, accounting for 51.7 %; Fungus was 4 strains, accounting for 1.3 %. Gram positive bacteria were sensitive to daptomycin, linezolid and vancomycin, and Gram negative bacteria were sensitive to meropenem, imipenem, piperacillin / tazobactam, etc.Conclusion: The pathogens cultivated from wound secretion are widely distributed, and some drugs have shown higher drug resistance. The rational use of drugs and drug combinations play important roles in reducing the formation of drug-resistant bacteria.
