Objective: To observe the effect of salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection on patients with non-cardiac transient ischemic attack (TIA) and imaging of the hemorheological changes.Methods: 200 cases of non-cardiac TIA patients hospitalized from June 2014 to December 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional treatment while the observation group was given salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection on the basis of the treatment used in the control group, with the hemorheology indexes and total effect rate compared between the two groups before and after treatment and the adverse reactions recorded.Results: The total effect rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the hemorheology indexes in the observation group, including the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those before treatment.Conclusion: Salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection has a high total effect on TIA and can improve hemorheology indexes of patients.
