摘要

目的: 探讨职业人群问题饮酒与心理幸福感的相关性。方法: 抽取包头市8家单位共1 758名职工。调查一般人口学信息、自变量问题饮酒情况(CAGE量表)、因变量幸福感情况(心理幸福感量表,WHO-5)。使用logistic回归分析问题饮酒情况与心理幸福感之间的关系。结果: 研究对象问题饮酒者检出率为20.25%,其心理幸福感平均得分为14.42±6.81,非问题饮酒者心理幸福感平均得分15.09±6.57。问题饮酒的员工心理幸福感低于不饮酒者15.41±6.57(P=0.007),问题饮酒情况得分与心理幸福感得分呈负相关(β=-0.331,OR 95%CI:0.536-0.962)。结论: 职业人群问题饮酒与心理幸福感呈负相关,问题饮酒越严重,心理幸福感越低。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the correlation between problematic drinking and psychological well-being among occupational populations. Methods: A total of 1,758 employees were recruited from 8 workplaces in Baotou City. General demographic characteristics, the independent variable of problematic drinking (assessed by the CAGE questionnaire), and the dependent variable of well-being (assessed by the 5-item World Health Organization Well-Being Index, WHO-5) were collected. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association between problematic drinking and psychological well-being. Results: The detection rate of problematic drinking among the participants was 20.25%. The mean psychological well-being score was 14.42±6.81 in problematic drinkers, versus 15.09±6.57 in non-problematic drinkers. Psychological well-being scores were significantly lower in employees with problematic drinking than in non-drinkers (15.41±6.57, P=0.007). Additionally, the score of problematic drinking was negatively correlated with psychological well-being score (β=-0.331,OR 95%CI:0.536-0.962). Conclusion: Problematic drinking was negatively correlated with psychological well-being among occupational populations: the more severe the problematic drinking, the lower the psychological well-being.
