摘要

目的: 分析包头市养殖人员中戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染的流行病学特点,评估不同年龄组养殖人群的感染率,为该养殖人群预防和控制戊型肝炎提供数据支持。方法: 2023年7月至2024年7月期间收集包头市养殖(猪、牛、羊)人员的血样标本,通过ELISA法检测血清中HEV-IgG抗体。研究样本根据年龄分组,并统计各年龄组的感染阳性率。结果: 共收集样本679例,各年龄组感染阳性率分别为:0岁至≤20岁组3.23%,>20岁且≤30岁组10.87%,>30岁且≤40岁组14.93%,>40岁且≤50岁组41.28%,>50岁且≤60岁组50.00%,>60岁且≤70岁组34.52%,>70岁且≤80岁组68.57%,>80岁且≤90岁组60.00%。卡方检验结果显示,>30岁且≤40岁、>40岁且≤50岁、>50岁且≤60岁、>70岁且≤80岁和>80岁且≤90岁的感染阳性率与其他年龄组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论: 包头市养殖人群中HEV感染阳性率较高,尤其在40岁以上的群体中更为显著,提示该地区养殖人群可能面临较高的HEV暴露风险,需加强该病毒的防控。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis E virus (HEV) infection among aquaculture population in Baotou City, and to evaluate the infection rate of different age groups, so as to provide data support for the prevention and control of hepatitis E in the aquaculture population. Methods: Blood samples of aquaculture population (pigs, cattle, sheep) in Baotou City from July 2023 to July 2024 were collected, and HEV-IgG antibodies in serum were detected by ELISA. Grouped according to the age, and the positive rate of infection in each age group was counted. Results: A total of 679 samples were collected. The positive infection rates of each age group were as follows: the group from 0 to≤20 years was 3.23%,>20 to≤30 years was 10.87%,>30 to≤40 years was 14.93%, >40 to≤50 years was 41.28%, >50 to≤60 years was 50.00%,>60 to≤70 years was 34.52%, >70 to≤80 years was 68.57%, >80 to≤90 years was 60.00%. The results of the chi-square test showed that the positive infection rates of the groups >30 to≤40 years old,>40 to≤50 years old, >50 to≤60 years,>70 to≤80 years, and>80 years to≤90 years were significantly different compared with those of other age groups (P<0.001). Conclusion: The positive rate of HEV infection in Baotou breeding population is higher, especially in the population over 40 years old, indicating that the aquaculture population may face a higher risk of HEV exposure, and it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of this virus.
