基于CiteSpace的与PIK3CA基因相关的结直肠癌研究领域的中文文献计量与可视化分析*

摘要

目的:了解与PIK3CA基因相关的结直肠癌研究领域在我国的研究进展,把握研究热点,为后续研究提供参考借鉴。方法:以“PIK3CA”合并“结直肠癌”为主题词,分别从中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、维普网中文文献数据库中检索出2009年至2022年该领域相关中文文献,通过NoteExpress与CiteSpace相结合,统计年际发文量,主要发表期刊,并对作者、机构、关键词进行共现分析,得出相应的科学知识图谱。结果:共纳入中文文献105篇,年度发表论文数量总体呈上升趋势,发文期刊分布较分散;核心团队主要有滨州医学院和中国医学科学院;高频关键词有结直肠癌、基因突变;最大聚类是预后。结论:我国在与PIK3CA基因相关的结直肠癌领域的研究刚起步,未来仍将快速发展;国内目前以机构内部的团队独立研究为主,跨机构合作较少;研究热点聚焦于结直肠癌致癌基因、研究技术和进展期结直肠癌。

Abstract

Objective:To explore future research hotspots and to provide reference for researches on the field of PIK3CA gene-related colorectal cancer in China by studying related literatures in China. Methods: Literatures related to PIK3CA gene-related colorectal cancer were retrieved from SinoMed, CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP databases from 2009 to 2022 respectively. CiteSpace 6.1 and NoteExpress software were used to analyze the publication years, Journals, authors, institutions and key words. Results: A total of 105 Chinese literatures were included. The number of published papers is on the rise, and the published Journals were scattered. The core team mainly includes Binzhou Medical College and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. High frequency keywords are colorectal cancer and gene mutation. The maximum cluster is prognosis. Conclusion: The research on colorectal cancer related to PIK3CA gene has just started and will be developed rapidly in the future. At present, independent team research on this topic from different institutions is the main force in China, inter-institutional cooperation is less found. Researches mainly focus on colorectal cancer oncogenes, research techniques and advanced colorectal cancer.
