合肥市女性甲状腺疾病患病现状及影响因素分析*

摘要

目的: 了解合肥市女性甲状腺疾病患病现状及影响因素,为女性甲状腺疾病有效预防和科学管理提供参考和建议。方法: 选取2021年1月-2021年10月在安徽省合肥市某三甲医院进行健康体检的4 724例女性作为调查对象,回顾健康检查资料,分析女性甲状腺疾病检出率并采用多因素Logistic回归分析方法进一步识别女性甲状腺疾病的危险因素。结果: 女性甲状腺疾病检出率为44.60%,且随着年龄增长,检出率显著增加(P<0.01)。此外,年龄≥40岁、高血压、超重、高血糖、高总胆固醇和乳腺疾病与甲状腺疾病显著相关(P<0. 05),是女性甲状腺疾病的危险因素。结论: 合肥市女性甲状腺疾病检出率较高。对于年龄≥40岁、超重、患乳腺疾病以及血压、血糖、总胆固醇偏高的女性,应加强甲状腺疾病防范意识,积极开展甲状腺超声检查,努力做到早发现、早干预、早治疗。

Abstract

Objective: To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of female thyroid diseases in Hefei city, and to provide reference and suggestions for effectively preventing and scientifically managing female thyroid diseases. Methods: A total of 4 724 women who received physical examination during January to October 2021 in a large tertiary hospital in Hefei city, Anhui Province were selected, their examination results were used to analyze the detection rate of thyroid disease and further to identify the risk factors through multifactorial logistic regression analysis. Results: The detection rate of female thyroid disease in Hefei city was 44.60%, and it significantly increased with the increase of age (P<0.01). Furthermore, the results also showed that the age≥40 years, hypertension, overweight, hyperglycemia, hypercholesterolemia, and breast diseases were significantly associated with thyroid disease (P<0.05), and thus were considered as risk factors for female thyroid disease (≥40 years). Conclusion: The detection rate of female thyroid disease in Hefeicity is high. For women aged≥40 years, overweight, suffering from breast disease and high blood pressure, blood glucose and total cholesterol, we should strengthen the awareness of thyroid disease prevention, actively carry out thyroid ultrasound examination, and strive to achieve early detection, early intervention and early treatment.
