木香槟榔丸全方对小鼠肿瘤坏死因子α含量和胃蛋白酶原的影响

Effects of Muxiang Binglang Wan on tumor necrosis factor α content and pepsinogen in mice

摘要

目的: 观察木香槟榔丸全方对小鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和胃蛋白酶原(PG)的影响,探讨木香槟榔丸全方对小鼠酒精性胃损伤的防治作用。方法: 小鼠60只随机分为空白对照组(A组)12只、模型对照组(B组)24只、木香槟榔丸干预组(C组)24只。常规饲料喂养,A组灌胃生理盐水,B组灌胃56°白酒和生理盐水,C组灌胃56°白酒和木香槟榔丸全方冲剂,每24 h 1次,持续1周。每日观察记录小鼠的摄食、饮水量及体重,实验结束时检测小鼠胃匀浆中胃蛋白酶原(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)浓度及血中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)浓度。结果: A组小鼠几乎无躁动,进食饮水如常,行动灵活,体重增长在正常范围内,毛发明亮且有光泽;B组小鼠明显不安烦躁,少进食,毛发几乎无光泽,呈灰黄色,排干样便,处死后发现其胃部出现明显胀气、出血倾向;C组小鼠毛发润泽度对比B组较好,排软样便。与B组相比,A组和C组PGⅠ的浓度明显较高,PGⅡ的浓度明显降低(P<0.05),TNF-α浓度显著降低(P<0.05) 。结论: 木香槟榔丸全方对小鼠酒精性胃损伤具有良好的预防和治疗作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effects of Muxiang Binglang Wan prescription on tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and pepsinogen (PG) in mice, and to explore the prevention and treatment effect of Muxiang Binglang Wan prescription on alcohol-induced gastric injury in mice. Methods: A tota of 60 mice were randomly divided into 12 mice in blank control group (group A), 24 mice in model control group (group B) and 24 mice in Muxiang Binglang Wan intervention group (group C). Group A was given normal saline, group B was given 56° liquor and normal saline, and group C was given 56° liquor and Mu Xiang Binglang Wan, once every 24h for 1 week. The food intake, water intake and body weight of the mice were observed and recorded every day. At the end of the experiment, the concentrations of pepsinogen (PGⅠ、 PGⅡ) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in the blood of the mice were detected. Results: The mice in group A almost had no agitation, ate and drank as usual, moved flexibly, gained weight within the normal range, and had bright and glossy hair. The mice in group B were obviously restless and irritable, ate less, with the hair almost dull and grayish yellow, and the drained stool of them was found to be obvious flatulence and bleeding tendency in the stomach after death.The hair wetness of group C was better than that of group B. Compared with group B, the concentration of PGⅠ in groups A and C was significantly higher, the concentration of PGⅡ was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the concentration of TNF-α was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Muxiang Binglang Wan has good effect on prevention and treatment of alcoholic gastric injury in mice.
