目的: 观察分析在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)患者护理中引入肺功能康复训练的应用价值。方法: 选择2021年4月至2022年3月于某医科大学附属医院住院治疗的老年慢阻塞肺患者76例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各38例,对照组予以常规护理,治疗组在常规基础上予以肺康复训练,观察对比两组患者治疗前后肺功能和生活质量改善情况。结果: 治疗组患者在经过肺康复训练后肺功能相关指标优于对照组(P＜0.05),生活质量各项评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论: 在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理中引入肺康复训练效果显著,更有利于提升患者肺功能,改善其生活质量,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To observe and analyze the application value of pulmonary rehabilitation training in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: From April 2021 to March 2022, 76 elderly patients with COPD who were treated in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected and divided into the control group (n=38) and the treatment group (n=38) . The control group were given routine nursing care, while the study group (n=38) received pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing. The improvement of lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After pulmonary rehabilitation training, indicators related to the pulmonary function of the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05), and scores on the quality of life of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Good results could be achieved by using pulmonary rehabilitation training in nursing care of elderly patients with COPD, it is more conducive to improving patients' pulmonary function and improving their quality of life, which is of high application value.
