摘要

目的: 探究心肌做功(MW)技术评价重度肺动脉高压(sPH)患者右心室收缩功能的应用价值。方法: 选取2020年11月至2022年4月确诊的sPH患者30例(sPH组)和健康体检者30例(对照组),采集常规超声心动图数据后进行右心室心肌做功分析,得出参数包括右心室整体做功指数(RVGWI)、右心室整体有用功(RVGCW)、右心室整体无用功(RVGWW),右心室整体做功效率(RVGWE),比较两组间心肌做功参数的差异。结果: sPH组患者与对照组相比,RVGWE明显减低(P<0.01),RVGWI、RVGCW升高(均P<0.01),RVGWW明显增高(P<0.01)。结论: MW技术可以精准地评价sPH患者的右心室收缩功能,为临床提供了创新且可靠的数据支持。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application value of myocardial work (MW) technique in evaluating right ventricular systolic function in patients with severe pulmonary hypertension (sPH). Methods: A total of 30 patients diagnosed with sPH and 30 healthy people from November 2020 to April 2022 in our hospital were selected and divided in to the sPH group (n=30) and the control group(n=30). Routine echocardiography data were collected for right ventricular myocardial work analysis. The parameters included right ventricular global work index (RVGWI), right ventricular global active work index (RVGCW), right ventricular global idle work index (RVGWW), and right ventricular global work efficiency (RVGWE). The differences of MW parameters between the two groups were compared. Results: RVGWE in the sPH group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01), RVGWI and RVGCW increased (P<0.01), RVGWW increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: MW technology can accurately evaluate the right ventricular systolic function in patients with sPH, which could provide innovative and reliable data for clinical practice.
