Abstract

Objective: To analyze the current research hotspots and trends of cancer-related fatigue(CRF). Methods: Retrieval of related literatures on cancer-related fatigue included in the Web of Science Core Collection was performed, using CiteSpace5.8.R1 to analyze authors, institutions, countries, categories, references, and keywords. Results: A total of 1 270 literatures were included, and the number of publications in terms of CRF is rising. The United States ranks first in the world in total publications of this field, and China ranks second. American universities and cancer research centers are mainly concentrated institutions. The research hotspots mainly focus on the mechanism and risk factors of CRF, symptom assessment, CRF screening, prevention and treatment, and breast cancer patients were mainly studied. Conclusion: At present, our country has gradually paid more attention to the research on CRF, although its influence is not enough. In the future, cooperation among researchers, institutions and medical staff from different disciplines should strengthened.
