摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的: 探索糖尿病肾病护理的现状、前沿及发展趋势。方法: 检索Web of Science核心合集中自建库至2021年7月11日糖尿病肾病护理相关研究文献,利用CiteSpace Ⅴ软件对研究主体、研究热点进行可视化知识图谱分析。结果: 共纳入1 049篇文献;文献计量结果显示,该领域内文章年度发文量呈现缓慢波动上升的趋势,2020年度发文量为105篇,高被引文献排名前5位的文章分别被引用470次、451次、427次、368次、362次;关键词聚类显示,钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂、蛋白尿、肾脏疾病分期是学界的主要关注点;新型降糖药物、炎症及发病机制方面的探讨是该领域的研究前沿。结论: 通过文献可视化分析可清晰展现糖尿病肾病护理领域的研究现状,为今后进一步加大综合管理力度,更深入研究糖尿病肾病提供直观的参考数据。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the current situation,hot frontier and development trend of diabetic nephropathy nursing. Methods: The relevant literature of diabetic nephropathy nursing from built database of Web of Science Core Collection to July 11,2021 were searched,and the research object and research frontiers were analyzed by CiteSpaceⅴsoftware. Results: A total of 1 049 articles were included in this paper. Bibliometric analyzed that the annual number of articles in this field showed a trend of slow fluctuation,and the number of articles published in 2020 was 105, and the top 5 articles with high citation have been cited 470 times,451 times, 427 times,368 times and 362 times,respectively. Keywords cluster analyzed that sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor,proteinuria,and stage renal disease were the main concerns of the academic community. New hypoglycemic drugs,inflammation and pathogenesis were the research frontiers in this field. Conclusion: Through literature visualization analysis,this paper clearly shows the current situation of research in the field of diabetic nephropathy nursing,and provides intuitive reference data for further studying diabetic nephropathy and comprehensive management strategies in the future.
