Objective: To study the effect of early nutritional nursing models on the nutritional index and immune function of coma patients with brain injury.Methods: 40 cases of coma patients with traumatic brain injury from September 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (early parenteral nutrition support nursing) and observation group (early enteral nutrition support nursing), 20 cases in each group. The nutritional and immune function indexes were compared in the two groups.Results: The serum albumin, prealbumin , and hemoglobin values on the 7d after nutritional support in observation group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05); Before the nutritional support, there were no statistic difference of immune function in the two groups (P＞0.05). On the 7d after nutritional support, the values of IgG, IgA and CD⁺₄ /CD⁺₈ were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05); there was no statistic difference of CD⁺₄ in the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition support nursing can improve the nutritional status and immune function of coma patients after traumatic brain injury, which is worthy of promotion.
